In-Person Courses & Programs
The state of Florida requires all prospective real estate agents, also referred to as Sales Associates, to complete a state-approved 63-hour “sales associate pre-licensure” course or program. This course is designed to meet those standards.
The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) mandates that all sales associates who hold a license in the state complete a mandatory 45-hour “post-license training course” prior to the date of their first renewal as an associate. This is generally within 18-24 months of becoming a licensed agent. Failure to complete such a program will void your license. Our program meets FREC requirements and enables you to cover the mandatory coursework in a friendly and engaging environment.
